AD Vision Announcements from Otakon

AD Vision Announcements from Otakon - Anime News

At this past weekend’s Otakon convention, AD Vision announced its acquisition of distribution rights to the 2007 three episode risqué comedy Koharu Biyori, which will be released in America under the title “Indian Summer.”

ADV has also acquired distribution rights to five live-action titles: Attack Girl Swim Team vs. The Undead, Cruel Restaurant, Gluttonous 1 & 2, Female Prisoner Epsilon, and a new series of Kunoichi movies to be released under a new company called Switchblade Films.

The status of domestic distribution rights to the Kurau: Phantom Memory are presently uncertain. AD Vision no longer has distribution rights to the series, but the series has not been formally transferred to another domestic distributor.

Despite claims at last month’s Anime Expo convention that AD Vision would reveal details about its present financial status “by Otakon,” no such announcements were made.
