Afro Samurai Sequel Sold in PS Store & Air Master Streamed Online - Anime News
The North American distributor Funimation has announcedYour text goes here on Friday that the Afro Samurai: Resurrection television feature is now available for download at the PlayStation Store for the Sony PlayStation 3 console. The sequel to the anime adaptation of Takashi Okazaki's manga debuted on America's Spike TV network in January. Funimation then released the anime on DVD in February.
Funimation has also begun streaming Air Master, the seventh and last anime of its Toei Digital Partnership. Toei itself established an American affiliate to release the series on DVD in 2005, but only shipped 3 DVDs before cancelling its releases. Air Master is also available on the Crunchyroll media-distribution website.
