Anime Review:
Well if you're a fan of the series you may be disapointed as it veers far from any of the other Burn Up releases.
The characters don't seem to grow much with the exception of Lhica who came out of nowhere - a rather enjoyable character, but a little out of place in this series.
The animation is actually quite smooth and moderately detailed, and is especially good during action sequences.
I am puzzled as to why Celia from Bubblegum Crisis 2040 is in this (at least in appearance), but that's just my opinion.
The story has a pretty good twist and if you have viewed the other releases then you wont be expecting it (there are many good points in doing that).
If I had to chose a favorite character it would be Lhica as much as she was out of place you ended up hoping she found herself some happiness as she only looked out for everyone else and not herself.
Not all of the basic story changed but unfortunately many characters got the axe and that's very sad as they may have supported the story better, but it was in and of itself good as a stand alone series.
Grade: C - Eye candy only for male fan boys, no real plot just save the day/world storyline.
