Da Capo Anime Spinoff for Sakura Yoshino Green-Lit - Anime News
An all-new anime spinoff based on the Sakura Yoshino character from the first game in the D.C. ~Da Capo~ franchise has been green-lit. Sakura's starring role in the new anime is described as "Maho Shojo Sakura" ("Magical Girl Sakura"). The announcement depicts Sakura as a seemingly ordinary 9-year-old third grader in Kazami Academy's elementary school — except she is actually a "super-girl" who can invoke magical powers.
A new anime initiative for the D.C. ~Da Capo~ adult visual novel software franchise was announced during 10th Anniversary Premium Concert of Da Capo's studio, CIRCUS, in November.
