Hell Girl Anime Debuts on IFC's Linear Channel - Anime News

26-episode horror series already premiered on IFC's on-demand service.

The American cable television channel IFC will debut Studio DEEN's first Hell Girl anime series on its linear channel on the 30th September at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. The 26-episode series had already premiered on IFC's video-on-demand service through Funimation earlier this year. The titular character is a girl who can be summoned by anyone to condemn another human to Hell — but the summoner must also pay an eternal price. Coincidentally, the third Hell Girl anime series, Jigoku Shoujo Mitsuganae, will premiere in Japan on October 4.
