Mazinkaiser SKL Original Video Animation Revealed - Anime News








This week's Japanese hobby magazines are revealing a new original video animation project called MazinKaiser SKL. The new project is billed as the return of the MazinKaiser anime franchise, which is itself a spinoff from Go Nagai's classic super robot manga and anime series, Mazinger Z. More details will be announced in the future.

The anime studio Brains Base and the distributor Bandai Visual released the first MazinKaiser video anime series in 2001. The Mazinkaiser: Shitou! Ankoku Daishogun video anime project followed in 2003.
