Review:
I have to admit, this is not as awful as I thought it will be, but it is not the masterpiece level I ask that naruto rise up to, especially if you are watching this for the action.
The animation is excellent. The action was fluid as it gets and the artwork was spectacular as usual. Well done, then again that was never the weakness of any naruto related production.
The music is above average. Hard to really think much of the music of the movie. The opening and ending were casual 7. The drama music and sound effects were 8 to 9.
The story is ok. It was not the 100% typical story but did anyone expect a surprise? You should be able to tell me the ending of the movie after the first 15 minutes. How sad is that? The speed was acceptable... not borning.
The character design for this naruto adventure is very good. This is a good thing in this movie is that all the characters from the series were perfectly done according to their personality. They toned down Sakura stupidness. Naruto was kinda weird because others sorta relied on him as if he is capable of doing something, which is unusual that he is dependable. The new characters were awful typical. Seriously... they can do better. But they did a good job with the special abilities and powers of the villans.
Grade - B - Overall, it's alright to watch or even own for completetion but they still seem unable to stop the typicalness in the movie.
