Oto Nyan Mag for 2D Boys in Girls' Clothing to Launch - Anime News
The Million Publishing company will launch Oto?Nyan, a magazine devoted to "two-dimensional boys in girls' clothing" (otokonoko), on October 25. Among the manga creators the magazine will feature are Tatsuya Ueno, Wataru Akizuki, Muunii Mucchiri, Kuromame, Mitohi Matsumoto, Ei Tachibana, Naoki Matsumura, Kei Seiho, and Hinaki. Besides manga and feature articles, the magazine will bundle a program CD in which a popular seiyu (character voice) will teach the magazine readers how to become otokonoko themselves.
Another Japanese publisher, Ichijinsha, had already launched its WAaI! boys in skirts magazine this past April, and the second quarterly issue shipped in July.
