Yaoi-Con to Host Little Butterfly's Hinako Takanaga - Anime News
Digital Manga Publishing has announced on Wednesday that boys-love manga creator Hinako Takanaga (Little Butterfly, Croquis, The Tyrant Falls in Love) will be attending Yaoi-Con as a Guest of Honor. Yaoi-Con will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport during this year's Halloween weekend (October 29-31). Takanaga previously attended the convention in Northern California in 2007.
DMP released Takanaga's Little Butterfly in 2006, and an omnibus edition was released in February of this year. DMP announced at its Yaoi-Con panel last year that its Juné imprint would release Takanaga's The Tyrant Falls in Love boys-love manga. The title was previously licensed, but not released, by DramaQueen. DramaQueen had also previously released Takanaga's Challengers manga. Tokyopop's BLU imprint released Takanaga's Croquis manga earlier this year. BLU has licensed Takanaga's You will fall in Love and You will drown in Love.
