Your and My Secret's Morinaga to Start Kirara no Hoshi - Anime News
The February issue of Kodansha's Bessatsu Friend magazine has announced on Wednesday that Your and My Secret manga creator Ai Morinaga will launch her new series, Kirara no Hoshi (Twinkling Star), in the next issue on February 13. The story centers around a quiet high school girl who ends up inheriting a minor entertainment talent agency. To pay off her newly obtained debts, she sets out to discover new talent and stars on the rise.
Tokyopop picked up the license for Morinaga's Your and My Secret (pictured at right) after A.D. Vision's ADV Manga lets its license expire. Del Rey has been publishing Morinaga's My Heavenly Hockey Club in North America since 2007, while Media Blasters published The Gorgeous Life of Strawberry Chan and The Super Cool Life of Strawberry Chan from the same creator. Central Park Media's CPM Manga imprint published her Duck Prince manga.
